HOW LONG HAVE YOU GUYS BEEN TOGETHER-INFLUENCES-GOALS AS MUSICIANS.
MEATJACK has been together for over 7 years. Our influences include Black Sabbath, Black Flag, King Crimson, Melvins, old Butthole Surfers. Our goals are to continue to write & record music, and tour as much as possible. We put out our full length CD 'Trust' in fall 1999, a split CD & 10" record with Damad (from Savannah) this past summer & we contributed a song to the film & soundtrack of John Waters "Cecil B. Demented".
WHAT MAKES YOU GUYS DO IT?
We can't think of anything else that we'd rather be doing with our lives.
UPCOMING TOURS?.....WHERE TO?
We're trying to get back out in late spring or summer depending on our circumstances. We're looking for a drummer but in the meantime we've been touring with Will Scharf. He plays in the bands Keelhaul & Craw from Cleveland.

Fights...plenty. Knifings...only in Hagerstown, MD so far. Some guy got stabbed in
the face during the show. A few guns flashed here and there but no shots
fired. Arrests-not us...yet.
